Make a fetcher/scraper (if indeed has an api) for getting new job openings from tencent (they have a portal for job listings) or the companies tencent is most likely to give this game to, they should be filtered based on job positions more likely to be associated with planetside like "MMOFPS", "Persistent world", etc. Also check if developers slowly update their indeed profiles to include some type of unreleased scifi mmo.
